Third-Party Services

Tilo uses CurrencyAPI to fetch real-time exchange rates. When you use the app:

• Your device makes requests to CurrencyAPI's servers to retrieve current exchange rates
• These requests contain only the currency codes being converted (e.g., "GBP to JPY")
• No personal data is transmitted with these requests
• CurrencyAPI may log standard server information (IP addresses, request timestamps) according to their own privacy policy

Data Storage & Security

All user preferences and cached data are stored locally using iOS's secure UserDefaults storage. This data:

• Remains on your device
• Is protected by your device's security features
• Is deleted when you uninstall the app
• Can be cleared by resetting the app in iOS Settings

Widgets

Tilo offers home screen widgets that display currency conversions. Widget data is stored using iOS App Groups to enable sharing between the main app and widget extension. This data remains local to your device.

Children's Privacy

Tilo does not knowingly collect any data from children. The app does not require any personal information and is suitable for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Your Rights

Since Tilo does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you wish to clear your local app data, you can:
